Gloria Estefan (lahir dengan nama Gloria Maria Fajardo  1 September 1957; umur 54 tahun) adalah seorang penyanyi dan aktris berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat keturunan Kuba. Ia termasuk dari 100 artis top yang masuk kategori artis-artis dengan album yang terjual lebih dari 90 juta album di seluruh dunia, dan di Amerika Serikat terjual 26,5 juta album. Ia telah memenangkan tujuh Grammy Awards, dan dia termasuk di antara penyanyi Latin yang paling sukses.
